Refund policy

RETURNS

We pride ourselves on providing you with a quality product. However, if you wish to return any item for a particular reason, we will be happy to exchange your item or refund your purchase (minus shipping cost if free shipping discount has been applied).

Please note that returned items must be unworn and packaged in original HEART OF HEARTS packaging within 14 days of receiving. Please email hofheartinfo@gmail.com and state the order number in the email subject. We will then respond with the returns address.
